To claim a return for a refund, please send us the details along with your order number to [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If however, we had to arrange for a collection of your returned products, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your product breaks under normal use, simply return it for a repair or replacement.

To return a product please contact our team on WhatsApp or email.

Depending on the situation, we may ask for the item to be returned.

Please allow 7 - 14 days for us to process your refund.

Incorrect Product Orders

We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. While we are happy to assist with refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases, it is your responsibility to contact us if your order confirmation does not match what you intended to purchase.

We can assist with order amendments before dispatch. However, once an order has been dispatched, any changes will incur additional costs.

Delivery

We send your order directly from our premisses in Gauteng to your door using the Courier Guy. Delivery to most towns and cities takes 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for outlying areas.
